We provide a cleaning book where the customer can write down any requests and the cleaners are instructed to check this on every call. Our Manager calls on a regular basis to make sure the customer is happy with the service and to check on equipment and chemicals. He will discuss any changes that might be required such as extra cleaning required when board meetings are happening.

We will attach public liability insurance and work cover certificate of currency and a list of references. These are usually other customers who are corporate customers in the CBD. All our quotes are fixed for 30 days and are done with cost and quality of service in mind. We will also quote on bathroom requisites if required.
